Balloon Garland

Since there is really no Art Themed birthday items at the party store, I'm trying to come up with a colorful way to decorate the house for the Big 3 coming in a few days. 

So I blew up some balloons and tired them to some curling ribbon  (you can use a needle and heavy duty thread too, but I went with the ribbon) and hung them up.  I used a tire pump to do the balloons... my arms hurt.  But I'm building muscles.. I can feel it.
