Slowly getting organized

I am a slob by nature, but living with another adult who isn't and hates piles and clutter, oh and 2 kids, I'm trying to change my slobish and piling ways.

Here is my first step towards a non clutter:

I keep seeing this on Pinterest (which I love) but didn't like that there were screws and nails involved.  So I used my removable hooks and went to town.  I also used some painters tape and a level to make it all pretty.

Here is another of my steps.  Used bigger Command hooks ... I think they need to be a bit bigger, so next time I'm at the store I'm getting bigger ones.
